Serafino, come ricompensa del suo aiuto durante la guerra in Corsica, ottenne la signoria di Ploaghe, Salvenor e Florinas; nel 1423 acquistò dai Pilo il salto dei monti di Ledda nella baronia di Osilo. Serafino continuò ad aiutare Alfonso V e nel 1436, nella liquidazione dei domini di Niccolò Doria, ebbe i feudi di Cossoione e Giave che però una sua figlia portò in dote a Giovanni De Flors. Suo figlio, un altro Serafino, continuò ad estendere i possessi feudali della famiglia; nel 1435 acquistò dai Viguino le signorie di Siligo, Banari e Cepola ...
