Nobility crown Nardi Dei SangalliniOriginaria di San Felice a Ema, ove era detta Sangallini, fu trapiantata in Firenze nel XIV secolo da un Nardo di Buoninsegna, il cui figlio Michele fu il primo di sua casa a conseguire il priorato. Dal 1350 al 1508 i N. dettero alla patria quattro gonfalonieri e ventun priori. Un altro ramo della casa erasi però precedentemente recato a Firenze, e da esso era uscito ser Nardo di Firenze Sangallini che nel 1312 fu notaro della signoria. Salvestro di Michele conseguì moltissime cariche ed importanti missioni, fra le quali sostenne nel 1384 un'ambasceria ai Bolognesi ed un'altra nel 1395 a Rimini. Francesco, suo figlio, fu podestà di Narni nel 1425. ...
