Otra rama creó casa en el lugar de Matienzo, perteneciente al Ayuntamiento de Valle de Ruesga y partido judicial de Ramales. A la rama de Ambojo perteneció Juan de O., natural de Ambojo, que casó con doña María de Cueto o Cuetos, natural del lugar de Heras, del Ayuntamiento de Medio Cudeyo y partido judicial de Santoña (hija de Hernando de Cueto y de doña María de Agüero), y fueron padres de Agustín de O. y de Cueto, natural de Ambojo, que contrajo matrimonio con doña María de Castañedo, natural de Rubayo, lugar perteneciente al Ayuntamiento de Marina de Cudeyo y partido de Santoña (hija de Rodrigo de Castañedo, natural y vecino de Rubayo, y de doña Francisca de Rubalcaba, natural de Solares), naciendo de esa unión Francisco de O. y de Castañedo, nacido en Ambojo en 1625, Oficial de la Secretaría de Guerra y Caballero de la Orden de Santiago, en la que ingresó el 20 de Septiembre de 1675. De la casa del lugar de Matienzo fué Hernán de O., que en su mujer doña María N. tuvo a Mateo de O., natural de Matienzo, esposo de doña Catalina de Secada, y ambos padres de Mariana de O. y de la Secada, que contrajo matrimonio con N. del Río, naciendo de esta unión Juan del Río de O., natural de Matienzo, Contador Mayor de Cuentas. ...
