Nobility crown ParnadeauFamille consulaire du Puy, possédant fiefs et vivant noblement au XVIIème siècle. On trouve son nom diversement écrit Parand, Parandi et Paraud. Jacques et Mathieu Parand (Parandi) marchands de cette ville, sont cités dans un acte du 15 février 1512. Jeanne, fille de Mathieu, épouse le 9 novembre 1530 Jean Chilhac, notaire. Barthélemy, est qualifié chanoine de St-Georges du Puy en 1538. Filiation: Jacques, seigneur d'Oyde, marchand et deuxième consul (1534), qui testa le 11 février 1539. Jacques, seigneur d'Oyde, marchand, devint premier consul du Puy (1544). Noble Jean, seigneur d'Oyde, était censitaire de l'Université St-Mayol en 1585. Autre Jean, seigneur d'Oyde, deuxième consul (1637), premier consul (1650-1656), avait épousé Marguerite Ponchon, d'où: Angélique Parand d'Oyde, mariée le 4 février 1662 à Honoré de Fontunie, seigneur des Salettes près Saugues, et deux fils: noble Claude de Licieux, allié en 1689 à Louise Gay de Planhol et Christophe, seigneur d'Oyde, marié en 1656 à Françoise Nicolas et en deuxièmes noces à Marie Exbrayat. Il laissa dix enfants parmi lesquels: I° Jean-François, seigneur de la Chapelle, marié en 1687 à Gabrielle Portal, lequel fit inscrire ses armoiries dans d'Hozier; 2° Philippe, allié à noble Geoffroy-Antoine de Brunel d'Allentin, conseiller au présidial du Puy; 3° autre Jean-François d'Oyde issu du second lit, marié le 10 septembre 1748 à Julienne Richond. Des chanoines de N.-D. du Puy. Un précenteur de St-Chaffre, prieur de St-Pierre-Salettes (1754). Maintenue dans sa noblesse par jugement du 10 octobre 1669. Convoquée en 1689 au ban et à l'arrière-ban de la noblesse du Velay. ...
