Nobility crown PaserioE' una fra le più nobili famiglie di Fossano ove il 20 maggio 1242 si trasferì dal proprio castello di Castelrinaldo, Michele nel 1610, Ottavio nel 1629 e Cesare Antonio nel 1665 furono cavalieri Mauriziani. La famiglia possedette i feudi e le signorie di Casalgrasso, Cervere, Clavesana, Corneliano, Fossano, Inverso Porte, Monteoulles, perno, Roccasparvera, Villanova. Aveva due cappelle gentilizie nella chiesa di San Francesco ed una nella Cattedrale che il conte Giovanni Bartolomeo, con suo testamento 27 settembre 1658, arricchiva di un ragguardevole beneficio di bel 51 giornate di terreno; Pietro Antonio, teologo, priore di San Michele, protonotario apostolico e canonico di San benigno, legava morendo nel 1735 tutto il ricchissimo suo patrimonio all'Ospedale Maggiore di Torino che in riconoscenza gli erigeva un busto. La presenza del motto nella bibliografia documentata della famiglia ci conferma l'avita nobiltà raggiunta della casata. Infatti l'origine del motto risale a circa il XIV secolo ...
