Le vicomte de Montravel, dans la "Revue du Vivarais" de 1893, cite comme seigneurs de Collagens, une famille de ce nom, originaire de Fau, près du bourg de Burzet. Pierre Pignon, qui vivait à Burzet, en 1335, avait épousé Aigline Girbaud, de la paroisse de Thueyts. Jean Pinhon ou Pignon était notaire à Burzet, en 1360. Guillaume Pignon, mort avant 1443, avait épousé demoiselle Claude de La Vernade, de laquelle il eut Raphaël. Noble Raphaël, seigneur des Collanges, damoiseau, était, en 1450, bailli de Monpezat. Il fit un codicille, le 14 avril 1482, et mourut peu après, car sa fille, née de Béatrix de La Tour de Bains, demoiselle Jeanne des Pignons, lui avait déja succédé en 1484. Elle était alors mariée à noble Antoine Veyrier. Leur fille, Aliénor Vayrier, épousa successivement: 1° Raymond de Nicolaï, et 2°, entre 1501 et 1505, noble Hugon des Arcis, à qui passa la terre des Collanges. ...
