Nobility crown PrüschenkAntica ed assai nobile famiglia austriaca, di chiara ed avita virtù, propagatasi, nel corso dei secoli, in diverse regioni d'Europa e del Mondo. Heinrich Prüschenk, già barone di Stettenberg, ottenne, nel 1495, il titolo di Conte di Hardegg e, nel 1499, fu elevato alla dignità comitale imperiale, sempre con il predicato di Hardegg. Quanto, inoltre, nel 1506, il castello di Hardegg fu quasi totalmente distrutto da un grande incendio, fu subito ricostruito dal detto Conte Heinrich von Hardegg. Dal matrimonio del Conte Heinrich con Elizabeth, figlia del nobile boemo e governatore della Silesia John II di Rosenberg, nacquero tre figli: Ulrich, Julius I e John. Ulrich Prüschenk von Hardegg è stato, senza dubbio alcuno, uno dei personaggi che, maggiormente, ha reso lustro a tal casato.
