Questo ramo della famiglia Rusconi di Como ottenne il riconoscimento dell'antica nobiltà con Decreto 1 settembre 1774 del Tribunale Araldica in persona dei fratelli Pietro, Ignazio e Giovanni, di Carlo. Fu poi confermato nel nobiltà con Sovrana Risoluzione 21 novembre 1816 in persona del dottor Giuseppe, abbiamo del suddetto Pietro.
