En Telde se edificó una "Casa de Oración", que realmente fue una segunda fortaleza para defensa de la isla. Caballeros de este apellido probaron su nobleza numerosas veces en las Ordenes Militares de Santiago, Calatrava, Alcántara, Carlo III y San Juan de Jerusalén y en las Reales Chancillerías de Valladolid y Granada. ...
