Segreteria di Stato e di Guerra presso il vicerè di Sardegna. Questa famiglia fa uso dello stemma suindicato. Don Carlo sposò donna Anna Dlerio ed ebbe per figlio Pietro nato a Bosa il 9 febbraio 1805. Questi sposò donna Anna Maria Anna, nata a Pozzomaggiore il 21 febbraio 1832 e Carlo nato nello stesso Comune il 20 gennaio 1840. A questa nobile famiglia appartenne il chiaro giureconsulto avvocato Salvatore (nato 1830), per molte legislature deputato al Parlamento Nazionale e poi senatore del Regno.
