Di questa nobile famiglia notiamo Galvano che ottenne dal re Ludovico concessione del feudo di Gasba; Nicolò possedette sotto il re Federico il Semplice, le terre chiamate Finocchiara; un maestro Bartolomeo di Agrigento, che sotto lo stesso re possedette le terre chiamate Burgu, Calicabilia, Delisive, Diludeli, Gibilcari ed altre. Orlando possedette i feudi di Misilini e Tinogni. Antonio, di Messina, maestro notaro della tesoreria del regno nel 1398. Nicolò patrizio di Catania negli anni 1414-15, 1420-21; Antonio, senatore in detta città nella prima metà del XV secolo. Furono senatori anche Guglielmo, Mazziotta, Francesco e Cristoforo.
