Nobility crown TarríusApellido de origen francés. Don Bernardo de T., noble caballero de Lyon en Francia, pariente de los Marqueses de Noailles, contrajo matrimonio en Cataluña con Doña Ana de Tubau Vilanova, de noble y rica familia de Solsona, hermana del Obispo de la Seo de Urgell Monseñor Tubau Vilanova. De este matrimonio hubo cuatro hijos, el segundo de los cuales, Don Juan Antonio de T. y de Tubau Vilanova, nacido en Barcelona en 1752, fue Teniente del Regimiento de Milicias de Lugo, del que era Coronel su tío Don Nicolás de Maciá Dávalos. Al ser nombrado su tío, Segundo Cabo y Subinspector de las Milicias provinciales de Canarias, se trasladó en su compañía a estas Islas en el año 1769 y fue Teniente Coronel Capitán de Granaderos del Batallón de Infatería de Canarias. Contrajo matrimonio con Doña Antonia Guerrero de Vargas y Oliva, descendiente de una noble familia jerezana, con la que tuvo tres hijos. El estudio del escudo heráldico familiar nos "habla" de quienes formaron el origen de la familia T., pues esa era su función, la de manifestar a los demás sus elementos diferenciales, pues la inclusión del elemento ondas es la característica de los nobles de la milicia marítima aunque también es representativo del comercio marítimo. Los esmaltes del arma de los T. pregonan los siguientes valores: el Oro es el símbolo del Sol, origen de la vida, sus características espirituales corresponden a la fé, clemencia, templanza, caridad y justicia, por otra parte dicho esmalte señala a la familia con la felicidad, el amor, la nobleza y el esplendor, es decir, es el más noble de los metales. ...
