Antica casata milanese, avente per capostipite Nicola, bisavo di Gerolamo, presidente del Magistrato ordinario e di Diamante, senatore e storico (viv. 1534). Dal predetto Nicola per varie generazioni discende pure Carlo Filippo, notaio e causidico collegiato, padre di Giorgio, pure dottore e causidico collegiato, altro de' Consoli di Giustizia nel 1743. Fu figlio suo Stefano, assessore presso la Congregazione dello Stato, marito di Giuseppa De Cristofaris di don Giovani Battista.
