Nobility crown AbaunzaLinaje de Vizcaya. Fray Francisco Lozano dice que su primitiva casa solar radicó a dos leguas de Bilbao. Lo cierto es que tuvo casa solar en la anteiglesia de Abadiano (Durango), y que una de sus ramas radicó en Álava, en las villas de Alegría y Brantibila. Sus individuos, tenidos siempre por hijosdalgo, desempeñaron en dichas localidades los puestos más preeminentes. De esta rama fué Lope López de A., que casó con doña Juana Iñiguez de Alegría, y procrearon a Lope López de A. y Alegría, natural de Alegría de Álava, que hizo información de hidalguía en Brantibila en 1584, ante Diego López de Montoya, Teniente de Gobernador. De su esposa doña Francisca Corzana y Sarmiento, tuvo estos hijos: Miguel López de A y Corzana, que sigue, y Diego López de A. Corzana, que marchó a América, y fué Escribano público y de número de la ciudad de Tunja en 1584. Miguel López de A. Corzana, nacido en Brantibila, casó con doña Jerónima de Lelibón, natural de Madrid, naciendo de este enlace Cosme de A. y Lelibón, natural y Regidor de Madrid y Caballero de Santiago en 1654. De su esposa doña María Aguirre, natural de Guadix (Granada), tuvo a Pedro de A. y Aguirre, natural de Guadix y Caballero de Calatrava en 1702. Casó con doña Josefa de Rivas, natural de Madrid, a la que hizo madre de Félix de A. y Rivas, también Caballero de Calatrava, así como sus deudos Francisco y Pedro de A. Merino. ...
