In Picardia ne fiorì uno cospicuo, che rifulse nobilmente col nome de Aubé; in Provenza un altro fu conosciuto come Aubet. Un altro ramo della famiglia fiorì invece in Spagna ed ivi fu nominato Abete. D. Juan de Abete, del fu D. Pedro, dalla provincia francese di Béarn passò in Navarra nel 1606, ponendo dimora in San Martin. Egli si sposò con Donna Juana Sanza, il 10 aprile 1606, da cui ebbe: D. Juan e D. Bernardo.
