Un ramo si trapiantò in Napoli, e poi si diramò a Foggia ed in Vico del Gargano. Altro ramo. Famiglia, originaria da Genova, che si stabilì in Sicilia nel secolo XV ed ebbe nobiltà in Palermo, in Sciacca, in Messina ed a Taormina. Di questa stessa famiglia, della quale troviamo nel 1283 un Giovanni tra i cavalieri della città di Piazza, il Galluppi dice che fu decorata dalla baronia di Cavachi e godette nobiltà in Messina nei secoli XV e XVI; ma in detta città troviamo un Nicolò giudice straticoziale nel 1312, 1342 e 1347 ed un Bernardo giurato nel 1319.
