Nobility crown BorrasaDe Mallorca, con casa solar en el predio de "La Coma", en Valldemosa, que después poseyeron los marqueses de Vivot. Hugo B., a últimos del siglo XIV, escribió una obra sobre la antigua prosperidad de Mallorca. Mateo B. de la Coma, en 1399, fue uno de los bienhechores de la Cartuja. Ingresó en ella en calidad de monje donado, y vivió allí hasta 1404. Mateo B., en 1405, era baile general del reino de Mallorca. Matías B., en la época de los comuneros, era también baile general de Mallorca. Diego B. fue sacerdote de la Compañía de Jesús y catedrático de teología en Roma, París y Delinga. Discípulo suyo fue el padre Juan de Mariana, célebre historiador. Murió en 1581. Su hermano Matías B. fue también jesuita. Escribió la historia de la fundación de la Compañía en Mallorca. Murió en 1604. Pedro Antonio B., monje cartujo y prior del monasterio de Valldemosa, murió en olor de santidad. ...
