Giovanni, creato da Paolo III Arciv. di Benevento, e quindi Nunzio Apostolico alla Repubblica di Venezia; Saverio, dottore in "utroque jure", vivente in Firenze, nel 1598; Antonio, dottore in Scienze Naturali, autore di numerosi saggi, vivente in Firenze, nel 1648. La famiglia levò per arme. D'argento, all'albero di olivo di verde nodrito su un monte di sei cime dello stesso. Altro ramo. Antica ed illustre famiglia, originaria della Sardegna.
