Nel 1668 un Antonio, acquistò all'asta la baronia di Teulada; nel 1670 egli ottenne il cavalierato ereditario e la nobiltà e nel 1678 fu ammesso allo stamento militare durante il Parlamento Las Navas. Della famiglia non si ebbero più notizie dalla prima metà del secolo XVIII ed il feudo passò per matrimonio ai Sanjust. Altro ramo. Famiglia feudale spagnola che nel 1726 ebbe assegnato dal fisco il marchesato di Quirrra dopo la definizione della lite con i Borgia. La ragione dei suoi diritti risaliva al secolo XIV quando un Guglielmo sposò Giacomina erede di Amerigo. Della famiglia non si ebbero più notizie dal 1798 e il feudo passò agli Osorio.
