PP. 27 febbraio 1911, S.M. il Re si compiacque concedere al senatore Vincenzo, primo presidente di Cassazione, n. a Pozzuoli il 21 dicembre 1844, fu Francesco, il titolo trasmissibile di conte. Figli: Francesco e Livio. Altro ramo. Pier Antonio di Cosenza prese il cognome di Cosenza per la sua patria, essendo egli de' Carolei, famiglia chiarissima in Cosenza la cui madre fu della famiglia Moij. Questi in tempo del Re Martino passò da Calabria in Sicilia; e per le ricchezze che fece comprò dalla Regina Bianca i territori del Scilazzo, e Garruffo in S.Filippo d'Agiro; i quali poscia vendé a Rocco di Pasquale Cittadino di S.Filippo.
