Guillaume-Louis de Mormoiron, leur fils, baron de Modène, d'Aubenas, marquis de Maubec, comte de Montlaur, grand bailli d'épée du Haut et Bas-Vivarais, Valentinois et Viennois, ne laissa de son union avec Marie de Maugiron que des filles, dont l'une apporta Montbonnet à la maison d'Ornano. Marie Raymond-Modene, mariée en premières noces à Jean-Gabriel Motier de la Fayette-Champetières, baron de Giorand (aïeule de Thérèse de Vogué alliée en 1707 à Pierre de Rochefort d'Ally de la Tour St-Vidal, baron du Yhiolent, etc.), épousa en deuxièmes noces vers 1652 Emmanuel de Tourzel, vicomte d'Alègre, père du maréchal de ce nom.
