Nobility crown FaFamilia originaria de Fontanile, que luego se extendió a Casale Monferrato, Mantua y Alessandria. Tenía un caballero de Malta, Fernando, en 1580, una época en que la familia ya estaba en un estado elevado. El progenitor conocido es Gian Matteo, de Fontanile, ya fallecido en 1539, padre de Ardizzino, senador (1545-62) y capitán general de justicia en Casale (1562). Su hijo Horacio compró el feudo de Bruno del Scarampi y se le otorgó un título noble el 24 de marzo de 1588.
