Pedro F. de Apodaca, natural de Gopegui, contrajo matrimonio con doña María López de Letona, de igual naturaleza, y fueron padres de Miguel F. de Apodaca y López de Letona, natural de Gopegui, que casó con doña María Ortiz de Guinea y Zárate, natural de Manurga (Álava), y de este enlace nació El Licenciado Juan F. de Apodaca y Ortiz de Guinea, natural de Gipegui, Fiscal de Su Majestad en el Consejo de Guerra y Caballero de Santiago desde el 16 de Octubre de 1688. Se unió en matrimonio con doña Catalina Vélez de Guevara, natural de Orcitia (Álava), y procrearon a Juan F. de Apodaca y Vélez de Guevara, natural de Madrid, y del mismo hábito de Santiago, con igual fecha que su padre. Son sus armas: De plata, con una torre de piedra, de cuyo homenaje sale un brazo armado de sable con una espada desnuda del mismo color.
