Alte und berühmte Ancona-Familie, deren Ursprünge bis ins 9. Jahrhundert zurückreichen, genau in der Grafschaft Ferrette oder Pfirt im Elsass. Diese Tradition hatte gemeinsame Ursprünge mit den Habsburgern und die Nachkommen der edlen Linie der Agilofingi werden dem Antonio Ferretti zugeschrieben, der um 1225 nach Italien kam und dort sein Hauptquartier in der Ebene von Ronchi in Chiaravalle und Falconara Marittima errichtete von Ancona und startete die Ferratta Leute. Die Chroniken über die Ursprünge sagen uns, dass Teobaldo, der Bruder von Ottoperto von Habsburg, der erste Graf von Ferretto war, der im VIII. Jahrhundert lebte.
