Il primo documento nel quale si trova rammentata la Corte di Turicchi, concessa ai Vescovi fiesolani dai Re d'Italia, è una bolla di conferma diretta da Paquale II nel 1103 a Giovanni vescovo di Fiesole. Il Comune di Firenze non tralasciò occasione per tentare di esercitar sul feudo di Turicchi atti di giurisdizione, specialmente dopo che quel villaggio, con atto pubblico del 25 giugno 398, si dette in accomandigia alla Repubblica; ma questi tentativi furon sempre tenacemente contrastati dai Vescovi fiesolani, i quali non abbandonarono i loro diritti che in seguito alla soppressione dei feudi.
