Très illustre maison de la Bretagne, d'une haute antiquité, dont les premiers auteurs connus sont: Pierre, écuyer dans une montre d'Olivier de Clisson en 1375, eut de Céleste, sa femme: Guillaume, père de Louis, contrôleur et argentier de la duchesse Isabeau en 1443, duquel descendait Robert, capitaine des francs-archers de l'évêché se Saint-Brieuc en 1351; Pierre, marié vers 1437 à Eonnette le Voyer, auteur de la branche du Quengo, éteinte de nos jours et de la branche de Kergoët qui existe encore. On trouve Hervé, croisé en 1248, (Chartes latines de 1191 à 1249 relatives aux croisés, provenant du cabinet Courtois); mais nous ne savons à quelle famille Henry il appartenait. Le seigneur du Boisroullier, paroisse d'Eréac, débouté à la réformation de 1668. Autre branche de cette famille: Jean, Seigneur de Guillerien, greffier criminel du parlement en 1623; Jacques, son fils et ses petits-fils Jean et Jacques, anoblis par lettres de 1676, pour services rendus par eux et leurs auteurs en qualité de conseillers au présidial de Rennes depuis 1609; Guillaume, seigneur de Belestre, maître des comptes en 1652, maintenu en cette qualité en 1671; Julien, secrétaire du Roi en 1638, mort en charge en 1649, marié à Léonarde Monneraye; Jean, anobli en 1681 par lettres vérifiées en parlement en 1732; Toussaint, époux de Pélagie Cornulier, père de Jean-Baptiste, conseiller au parlement en 1718, mort en 1727. ...
