A ella pertenecieron: Francisco María I., elegido Dux de la República el 17 de Septiembre de 1617; Francisco María I., electo para el mismo cargo el 18 de Agosto de 1683, y Ambrosio I., que fué designado el 4 de Octubre de 1719. También desempeñó la alta magistratura, Vicencio I., Padre de Juan Jácome I. José Renato I. fué Cardenal Diácono con el título de San Jorge, y Juan Bautista I., Obispo de Aleria en 1653. Micer Francisco I. fué uno de los más famosos poetas de su tiempo, y vivió en Sevilla durante el reinado de don Enrique III de Castilla. También procedió de la casa de I., en Génova. Juan Vicencio I., natural de Génova, esposo de doña Francesqueta Spínola, de igual naturaleza, y ambos padres de Octavio I. y Spínola, natural de Génova, que casó con su deuda doña Magdalena I. y Marini, de la misma naturaleza (hija de David I., Marqués de Oira, y de su mujer doña Aurelia Marini, ambos de Génova), y procrearon al Capitán Juan Francisco I. e I., natural de Génova y Caballero de la Orden de Santiago, en la que ingresó el 9 de Enero de 1627. De la misma casa descendió Juan Bautista I., natural de Génova y Marqués de Latiano, que celebró su enlace con doña Julia Spínola, de igual naturaleza, y tuvieron este hijo Domingo I. y Spínola, natural de Génova y Maqués de Latiano, que se unió en matrimonio con doña María Teresa Spínola, de la misma naturaleza. ...
