Con terminazione del magistrato dei provvedimenti sopra feudi 13 agosto 1692, ai fratelli Stefano e Nicolò Racovich venne data investitura del titolo di conte di Casimir, ammesso ad alcuni beni feudali in Dalmazia. Gaspare Racovich successe al padre ed allo zio suddetti, sebbene fosse sacerdote, e fu investito di quel feudo l'11 agosto 1746, sua vita naturale durante. Il Senato Veneto con decreto 29 dicembre 1753 per le grandi benemerenze militari della famiglia di Dòbrota, accoglieva l'istanza del capitano Luca per l'acquisto in aspettativa del feudo prediale coll'annesso titolo di conte, posto nel territorio di Castelnuovo, posseduto dal sacerdote don Gasparo Racovich ed ordinava che detto capitano Luca coi suoi discendenti maschi legittimi, fosse intanto qualificato col titolo di conte ed iscritto nell'A. L. T. Con ducale 4 maggio 1759, stante rinuncia del suddetto sacerdote Racovich, il conte Luca venne definitivamente investito del feudo stesso ed i suoi successori ebbero regolari investiture fino alla conferma riportata con Sovrna Risoluzione Austriaca 24 dicembre 1839. Giuseppe per le grandi benemerenze verso la patria nel 12 agosto 1756 venne insignito del titolo di cavaliere di S. Marco. Sono iscritti nell'Elenco Nobiliare Ufficiale: Giuseppe Cristoforo, nato Venezia, 12 novembre 1886, di Luca, di Giuseppe Pietro, di Luca Giovanni di Giuseppe e di Maria Ivanovich. Sorella: Margherita, nata Venezia, 7 ottobre 1883. Zio: Antonio Matteo, nato Venezia, 12 febbraio 1846, di Giuseppe Pietro e di Paolina Ivanovich, sposato Meolo il 20 aprile 1881 con Maria Ellero, da cui: Giovanni Matteo, nato Venezia, 31 dicembre 1890. ...
