Nobility crown LaisoCosì denominata dal castello omonimo nelle montagne reggiane, di cui era signora fin dal XII secolo. Alberto e Guidone giurarono in quel tempo fedele alleanza al Comune di Reggio che loro diede la cittadinanza; lo stesso fece Raimondo nel 1188, il quale fu poi Console di Reggio nel 1210. Pellegrino, che godeva la cittadinanza di Bologna, fu Podestò di Reggio nel 1259; e Guido fu Prof. di diritto canonico in Bologna nel 1283 e nel 1298, poi Canonico ed Arcidiacono di quella Metropolitana, e finalmente Uditore e Cappellano di Clemente V in Avignone. Un altro Guido, nipote del precedente, fu creato Vescovo della sua patria nel 1314, quindi di Rimini nel 1330 e finalmente di Ferrara nel 1332. Altri tre omonimi furono egualmente Vescovi; cioè uno di Tripoli e poi Arciv. di Ravenna nel 1332, il secondo di Modena nel 1380, il terzo di Ferrara nel 1381. Una famiglia omonima ...
