Nobility crown LepriVery ancient lineage, of Lombard origin, settled first in L'Aquila, to whose patriciate it was ascribed, and, after 1750, in Rome. Dec. 31 1209 in consulate Mediolani, being Consul Visconte de Reziolo, was together with his other colleagues pronounced sentence in the dispute brought by the Church of Monza to Filippo, Martino, Benedetto and Zanone, called Lepri, all of the place of Monguzzo to force them to pay sixty Terzuoli. Clement XIII, on July 31, 1766, conferred the title of marquis on Alessandro Lepri. Pius VI also gave the members of the Lepri family the title of marquis on the land of Rota, on February 3, 1789.
