Un Salvatore Maida rivestì la dignità di pretore di Palermo negli anni 1320-1321, mentre un Nicolò esercitò la medesima carica nei trienni 1349-1350, 1352-1353 e 1354-1355. Un Simone fu annoverato tra i senatori della medesima città nel biennio 1406-1407, e un Giovanni ricoprì l’ufficio di capitano di giustizia in Mazzara nell’anno 1533-1534. Un Giuseppe, infine, fu nominato procuratore fiscale supernumerario presso il tribunale della Gran Corte nel 1683.
