Plusieurs branches: 1° barons de Roche-la-Molière, seigneurs de Boisset, Iseron, etc., éteints en 1383 dans les de Saint-Nectaire; 2° barons de Feugerolles, seigneurs de Chantois, Escotay, Chaslin, Curaize, Cournon, etc., éteints au milieu du XVème siècle; les de Talaru en héritérent; 3° seigneurs de la Chaplle d'Aveize, de Pizay au XIIIème siècle; 4° seigneurs de Grésieu-la-Varenne et autres terres en Lyonnais; 5° seigneurs d'Estieuges et d'Augerolles, d'où sont sortis les seigneurs de Poncins, des Fernanches, etc. en Forez, barons de la Brosse, seigneurs de Boucherolles, Beauzac, coseigneurs de St-Just-Malmont, en Velay. Jean de Saint-Nectaire, fils de Héracle de Saint-Nectaire et de Catherine dame de Roche-la-Molière, etc., substitué aux nom et armes de cette famille, épousa avant 1430, Alix de Semur dame de la baronnie de la Brosse, de Beauzac et de Boucherolles en Velay. Leur arrière petite-fille, Marie-Marguerite, héritière de cette branche s'allia vers 1480, à Michel Artaud III de Saint-Germain d'Apchon à qui elle apporta ces seigneuries. Nombreux chevaliers bannerets; des chanoines-comtes de Lyon; un archevêque de Vienne: Beraud, sous l'administration duquel eut lieu le 15ème concile tenu dans cette ville en 1311; des prieurs de Montverdun, de Randant, de St-Germain Le Puy; une abbesse de la Séauve-Bénite (13l4); deux abbesses de Bellecombe (1473-1513). ...
