La città di Pinerolo acquistò il 22 luglio 1745 (assenso 5 luglio) per la somma di 6000 il feudo di Costagrande con Talucco dal conte Giuseppe Gerolamo Bianchis, che era stato infeudato di questo feudo il 17 febbraio 1734 e investito il 23 successivo marzo col titolo comitale. Essa ne fu investita il 30 ottobre 1745 parimenti col titolo comitale. Il 24 maggio 1619 la città di Pinerolo fu infeudata di Riva con Baudenasca e Buriasco Superiore, investita il 6 luglio col titolo comitale e reinvestita il 6 agosto 1697. In seguito a nuovi acquisti per la somma di L. 24.000 la città fu infeudata dei predetti feudi il 19 giugno del 1748 e venne investita il 21 successivo giugno col titolo comitale.
