Alvise e Francesco Pluri, fratelli di nobile lignaggio, furono, con ducale del 7 maggio 1783, solennemente e rinnovativamente investiti del feudo nobile, retto, legale e giurisdizionale di metà di un carato di Cesana, insieme all’annesso titolo di conte. Tale dignità fu ceduta da Vettor di Cesana, già figlio del fu Bernardino, e dal colonnello Vergerio, in favore dei defunti conti Girolamo e Giorgio, rispettivamente padre e zio dei suddetti investiti della famiglia Pluri.
Questa investitura avvenne in esecuzione e piena conformità al Decreto emanato dal Serenissimo Senato Veneto il 19 maggio 1770, che sancì con solenne autorità i diritti e le prerogative della famiglia.
