La famiglia ebbe la sua primitiva sede in Caiazzo, di là un Antonello, si trasferì a S.Rufo, ed un suo discendente, a nome Francesco Antonio, in Celso. Questa famiglia prese parte assai attiva in tutti i moti politici per l'indipendenza ed unità d'Italia.
