In seguito ai meriti acquistati da un membro della famiglia in qualità di istitutore dei figli di un arciduca, nonchè all'opera lodevole da lui svolta in impieghi di Stato, i due fratelli Giuseppe Egidio, segretario di Governo a Innsbruck, e il dott. Marco Anselmo, medico-fisico della Valle di Fiemme, ricevettero la nobiltà del S.R.I. con il predicato dato a Vienna il 15 marzo 1768. Giuseppe Egidio diventò poi capitano circolare ai confini d'Italia con sede a Rovereto. Marco Anselmo (deced. 1821), diventato medico personale del vescovo di Bressanone, G.M. Spaur, passò a Bolzano presso il Magistrato Mercantile e riuscì a godere nell'arte sua grande fama e considerazione tanto che fu iscritto a parecchie accademie scientifiche.
