Nobility crown VivaldoFamiglia antichissima oriunda da Mondovì. Fu una delle sei famiglie di baldacchino, e ad essa appartennero sei cavalieri gerosolimitani. Fu illustrata da egregi personaggi che si distinsero per i titoli accademici e le cariche sostenute da essi in ogni tempo. Notevoli furono i quattro fratelli Bernardino, Giuseppe, Luigi e Giambattista, figli di Giovanni Giorgio che era tesoriere della città di Mondovì. Bernardino (deced. Torino 1570) fu dottore in leggi nello studio di Mondovì (1561) e nella Università di Torino (1566) e successivamente ebbe la carica di senatore di Piemonte (1566). Giuseppe, fu dottore collegiato a Mondovì (1566), a Torino (1575), elemosiniere di S.A. (1577) e cameriere segreto del pontefice Pio V. Luigi fu cavaliere di Malta e gentiluomo ordinario di S.A. (1575). Giambattista (deced. 21 settembre 1589) fu cavaliere di Malta e capitano del castello di Torino. Ebbe costui in dono l'8 marzo 1586 ...
