Francesco Vivarelli Colonna, uno dei due figli di Andrea, di Gabriello, stabilitosi a Pistoia, diede origine ad un ramo che dalla località ov'ebbe case si chiamò dei Vivarelli Colonna. Da lui nacquero quattro figli: Andrea (n. 1782), Giovan Battista Luigi (n. 20 aprile 1786), Agostino Angelo (n. 1790) e Giuseppe Felice (n. 1795). Il secondo di essi fu con partito 29 dicembre 1829 della Comunità di Livorno proposto per l'aggregazione alla nobiltà Livornese insieme colla moglie Elisabetta del fu Giuseppe, di Moisè Ronno (nata 4 aprile 1802); e tale proposta fu accolta con rescritto sovrano 5 settembre 1832. Anche il primogenito Antonio, gonfaloniere delle cortine di Pistoia, fu con deliberazione 16 agosto 1839 proposto dalla Magistratura Civica Pistoiese per l'ascrizione al ceto nobile locale insieme col suddetto Luigi, nobile locale insieme col suddetto Luigi, nobile livornese, e cogli altri fratelli, Agostino, egualmente gonfaloniere delle Cortine di Pistoia, e Giuseppe: il che fu sancito con rescritto granducale 12 gennaio 1840.
