Etymological origin of Italian surname: Aderno'

ADERNO | ADERNO'

Aderno seems to be practically unique, but Adernò, always very very rare, is specific to Noto in the Syracuse area, and should derive from the ancient name Adernò, a name attributed by the Angevins to the ancient Hadranum, the modern Adrano.
