ALBENGA

Albenga has a stock in the Asti area, in San Marzano Oliveto, Nizza Monferrato and Incisa Scapaccino, with presences also in the Alessandria area and in western Lombardy, it should derive from the name of the Ligurian town of Albenga, probable place of origin of the progenitor, the country whose name should derive from the prelatina expression Ingaunum album (the capital of the Ingauni, a Ligurian people).
