Alesina is absolutely rare, it would seem of the Canavese, Alesini, equally rare, it seems Lazio, they could derive from the medieval name Alesius of which we have an example in Bergamo in a writing of 1510: "... citati sunt infrascripti bergomenses existentes ... .. .Maffeius de Carraria, Alesius de Marchisiis, Santinus de Marchisiis ... ".
