Ansuinelli, almost disappeared, would seem to be from the Marche region, Ansuini, very rare, specific to the central belt that includes the Marche, Umbria and Lazio regions, Anzuinelli is very rare, in central Italy, perhaps in the Marche, Anzuini is also less rare than Italy central, probably Lazio, Anzuino, absolutely rare, it would seem of the Benevento area, derive from the medieval name Ansuinus or Ansovinus derived from the Germanic Answin (see Ansevini), of the use of this name we have an example in the list of the pupils of the University of Perugia of the year 1489, where we find an Ansuinus de Camerino. A famous character with this name was the painter Ansuino da Forlì in the 1400s.
