Basaglia has a lineage between Mantua, Modena, Ferrara and Rovigoto, a surname made sadly famous by the Venetian Franco Basaglia who invented the famous law 180 of 1978, which, in the mad utopia based on the idea that the mad could be able to manage themselves, led to desperation many poor family members of patients with severe mental disorders, and many family members of their innocent victims.
