Bramini, typically Lombard, of Casalpusterlengo in the Lodigiano and of the Milanese, Bramino, practically unique, is probably due to a wrong transcription of the previous one, they should derive from dialectal nicknames originated from the Milanese word bràmina (greyish cloudy that anticipates typical drizzle autumn) and by extension the herdsmen who bring the cows back to the stables on the plain with the beginning of the autumn season.
