Of the area between Pavia, Milan and Piacenza Campolunghi, Lodi with roots also in the Marche Campolungo. These surnames derive from nicknames that serve to identify a provenance, those of the long camp for example become the Campolunghi (think for example of Melegnano, where the Via Castellini was called the long district).
