Etymological origin of Italian surname: Camporotondo

Camporotondo, absolutely rare, is now present practically only in the Pavia area, in particular in Varzi, which should be one of the original nucleuses, while another nucleus that has disappeared seems to be Sicilian, perhaps from the Palermo area, it should be derived from place names such as Campo Rotondo Molar in the Alessandria area or, for example, Camporotondo in the Palermo area, but also present in the Catania area.
