Etymological origin of Italian surname: Carniselli

Carnesella is now present in Milan, in San Bassano in the Cremona area and in the Lodi area, Carnesello, which seems to have disappeared in Italy today, should be from Campania, probably from the Benevento area, Carnicella has a Milanese stock and one between Potentino and Bari, in Lavello in Corato, Andria, Terlizzi and Bitonto in the Bari area, Carnicelli has a Tuscan lineage, particularly in the Lucca and Massese areas, one between Roman and L'Aquila and one in the Bari area, Carnicello would seem unique, Carniselli, almost unique, would seem to come from Milan, or through dialectal alterations from the medieval name Carnicella that we find used in Tuscany since the XIIth century, in a novella by Giovanni Sercambi (1348-1424) we can read: "... and above this by making what he requires to that act; and while this thing was said by Gualfreduccio, called Carnicella con motti, he said ... "we find traces of these surnames in Pisa in the peace treaty of 1225 tr to the city of Montpellier and that of Pisa, where among other signatories we find such a Buonagionta Carnicella, in Rome in the 1300s with a certain Angelus Carnicella de Urbe quoted in a deed of sale.
