Cesinaro, absolutely rare, specific to the Theatine, should come from San Giovanni Teatino in the province of Chieti, it should derive from a nickname based on the medieval term cesinare, that is the one who works in the cesinas (agricultural unit of measurement), we read in the Statutes of Laurino : "... et Baiulos qui fuerint pro tempore prpportionaliter dividendos, et qui eum accusabit habeat de ipsa pena tarenos tres, et si animalia ibunt ad labores cesinarum ibi forsan faciandarum .. ..tem si quis fecerit cesinas in common areas Laurini in Carpineto et Sorbato, solvat Curie tarenos septem, et medium, ... ".
