CICHELLI | CICHELLO

Cichelli, absolutely rare, would seem to be from the Theatine, Cichello, not very common, is from the Vibonese, Mileto and Dinami, it should be apheretic hypocoristic forms derived from Spanish-speaking dialectal forms referring to progenitors who were probably called Francesco, or by alterations of the medieval name Franciscus.
