Fabilli, almost unique is from central Italy, Favilla has a Tuscan lineage, especially in the Lucca area, one in the Roman area and one in the Foggia area, Favilli is decidedly Tuscan, especially in Pisa and Livorno, Favillo would seem to be unique, all should derive, directly or through a form of betacism, from the Latin cognomen Fabillus, Fabilla (see FAILLI).
